Sr. Assistant Prof. Murata answered some out of many questions from students by illustrating cases that can happen in everyday life. With specific examples during a question-and-answer session prior to his lecture, concrete advice about methodology of communication was given to students. Then the students received a lecture on the subject “A way of listening to help smoothen your communication”. Students obtained a better understanding of effective methods and techniques regarding attractive presentations through the lecture and working in pairs. Students learned a lot of things and had a valuable time. Comments such as “I want to apply what I have learned from the lecture to preparing a presentation for an overseas study program.” were seen on a survey.
