“Iyo Studies” class held.

Students listened to a lecture from Prof. Sugimori on the subject “Forests, trees and houses”. The lecturer provided a briefing on education at the Faculty of Agriculture first, and then lectured students on the current situation and future trend of the Japanese forest industry. Students wrote out what they know about “forests, trees and houses” through reading, seeing, hearing or experiencing. Constructive exchange of opinions contributed to develop their thinking. At the same time, students learned that accumulated experiences will enable them to acquire skills to deal with things with deep thoughts.
